Digital Transformation Leader Victoria Papa Joins Astrica as CEO

Papa to helm team of industry vets launching ServiceNow partner to speed AI-driven innovation


LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — April 16, 2024 — Astrica, a pioneering new consultancy built to speed AI-driven enterprise innovation with ServiceNow, has appointed Victoria Papa as its Chief Executive Officer. Papa brings two decades of experience in digital transformation, joining from her most recent leadership role at Launch by NTT DATA. After leading multiple business units at Nexient, she served as its Chief Revenue Officer prior to its acquisition by NTT DATA. At Astrica, she now leads a team of veteran ServiceNow consultants specializing in elevating employee, customer and patient experiences and maximizing ServiceNow ROI.
