Franklin, our favorite advisor, inspires thoughts on enhancing Patient Experience with ServiceNow!

Franklin, our 12-year-old Kerry Blue Terrier (that's 84 in human years), is more than just a great dog—he's the best dog ever, (though I know you may debate that)! His presence alone has a soothing effect on people, simply through a gentle pat.

Crossing to the hospital across our street, even on a coffee run, I've noticed patients brighten up as they engage with him, their smiles a testament to the joy he brings. This interaction, so effortless yet profound, makes me think of how much we typically struggle waiting, and having a super great patient experience.  ServiceNow is on a mission to improve patient experiences, even if they can’t put Franklin in the platform!
