2025 Calendar of ServiceNow Events

As we move into 2025, I’m excited to combine two of my New Year’s resolutions: 

• Reconnect in person with friends, colleagues, clients, and partners as we continue to move beyond COVID and embrace a return to in-person collaboration
• Take full advantage of the diverse events offered to the ServiceNow community to connect, learn, and exchange insights on maximizing the platform's value.

With these goals in mind, I’ve compiled a calendar of key ServiceNow-sponsored events for 2025 to help fellow community members plan their schedules and make the most of the incredible opportunities to engage, grow, and share throughout the year.   

January 2025 

• Sales Kickoff (SKO) 2025: Scheduled for January 21, 2025, in Las Vegas, NV. 
• We'll be there! See you there?

February 2025 

• ServiceNow Federal Forum 2025: February 12, 2025, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. This event focuses on AI applications in government. ServiceNow 

• Federal Forum Learning Labs: February 11, 2025, at the same venue. These hands-on labs provide in-depth learning experiences on various topics, including AI integration and IT investment management. ServiceNow 

• AI Summit – Montréal: February 11, 2025, at Palais des Congrès de Montréal. 

• AI Summit – Charlotte: February 26, 2025, at Charlotte Convention Center. Learning Labs are available the day prior, on February 25, 2025. ServiceNow 

March 2025 

• AI Summit – Vancouver: March 4, 2025, at Hyatt Regency Vancouver. 

• AI Summit – Calgary: March 11, 2025, at TELUS Convention Centre. This is a two-day event, March 10–11, 2025. ServiceNow 

• AI Summit – Boston: March 20, 2025, at Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. 

May 2025 

• Knowledge 2025: May 6–8, 2025, at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV. This event offers three days of non-stop learning, hundreds of sessions, inspiring keynotes, hands-on labs, and networking activities. ServiceNow 

August 2025 

• AI Summit – New York City: August 21, 2025, at the World Trade Center. 

September 2025 

• AI Summit – Location TBD: September 25, 2025. Details forthcoming. 

I also look forward to attending the local ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) meetings here in Atlanta.  Dates for the 2025 SNUG meetings are still TBD, and will be announced on the ServiceNow Community Page when they have been scheduled.
